[Art-instructors] Add to your Syllabus for Spring Semester?

Dear All,

As many of you know, next semester is my last teaching at FSU, (which I have mostly loved.) To celebrate changes that we all go through, my fabulous street, “The Republik of East Georgia Street” will be having a parade in April. I live .9 miles from school, so its close.  My street had a parade about 8 years ago and it was a blast, inspiring the idea for this one.

I just want to invite you all to consider any projects in your class that may include wearing or performing in a parade. Remember, our seniors are also going through a big change in their lives too. It is all cause for celebration in this time when many of us are not feeling as joyful as we could be in life.
