Hi All,

Now that things have gotten into full swing this semester, I wanted to follow up with you regarding collecting student work for our upcoming NASAD accreditation visit.

You can submit samples up to the end of the fall semester. However, please submit the work once you have it. Part of our efforts is to ensure we are getting the full depth and breadth of the curriculum, and the earlier we receive work, the better we'll be able to judge where we might need more samples.

Drop-off locations

To make things easier for you, we have several drop-off locations:

  1. Art office in FAB
  2. Adjunct office on the 4th floor of FAB
  3. ATL for those teaching in Painting/Drawing (please see Judy)
  4. KRB for those teaching in Printmaking (please see Daniel)

When dropping off physical work, remember to:

  1. Fill out the paper form (there are forms in all locations - please alert me if you run out) and attach it to the work
  2. Scan the form's QR code and input all information (the form now allows you the option to add a photo - thanks for the suggestion, Audrey!)
  3. As a courtesy, please email me (edidonna at fsu.edu<mailto:edidonna at fsu.edu>) to alert me that you've dropped off so that we can pick up the work

The form will accept up to four files. However, please submit a separate form for each student sample. File size is limited to 100MB. File formats accepted are PDF, Document (DOC, DOCX, TXT), Graphic (JPG, PNG, GIF), or Movie (MOV or MP4).

Let me know if you need help with technical difficulties or larger files to submit.

As we have new information to share - I will be sure to keep you updated. If you have any questions, issues, etc., please get in touch with me directly by email (edidonna at fsu.edu<mailto:edidonna at fsu.edu>) or cell (850-901-4699).

Your efforts are appreciated!

Best,

Liz
