As many of you know, we are in the midst of searches for new faculty members to potentially join our department for the next academic year. We ask that you respect the hiring process and not post any candidate events on social media or share information about the other finalists with candidates as they visit campus. This allows us to secure the confidentiality of our candidates as well as allowing independence of thought and the development of diverse perspectives for the members of our department.
