Courses taken pass/fail cannot be used to satisfy liberal studies (excluding language courses), major or minor requirements - that has always been the rule.

The only exception to this rule was made during the spring term 2020 due to the COVID crisis when all courses were allowed to be taken as such.

 Beginning this summer term 2020 the normal rules governing pass/fail requests were re-implemented.
