[Seuce-cci] REMINDER: SEUCE Hotel Reservation Deadline 9-6-24

Our SEUCE Conference will be here before we know it as we start our semester with a flurry of activities!  Just a reminder that the deadline for hotel reservations is Friday, September 6th  (2 weeks from today).  Notices of proposal acceptance are going out today and we will have a draft agenda available next week. We have a fantastic line up of topics including interprofessional education, supporting and empowering the next generation of students,  professionalism, neurodiversity, simulation-based learning, clinical education models, and much more.

If you attempted to make extended reservations (3 days before or after our conference) and experienced difficulty with that process, I just got off the phone with our hotel representative, Alexis Brunson, who indicated the following: " I have just opened up the link to be bookable from Sep 29th-Oct 6th, and have added (3) rooms on each day. We will keep an eye on these days and will add more rooms if needed. The link should now be all good for your guests to book three days prior and three days post the event dates."

Please notify me if you have any difficulties with booking an extended stay and we will work with the hotel to get this taken care of.
