[Seuce-cci] NC hours

Ok, I'm a little late to the game here as to what's going on in NC because I am a VA program and have quite frankly been in disaster mode for the past week like the rest of you.  That said,  I have a few NC students and just found the COVID-19 update from March 13th saying that NC will allow simulation hours.  I am so excited I don't know what to do with myself...  Someone from NC please verify that this isn't a delusion.
