[Seuce-cci] CAA Annual Accreditation Report

Good Morning, This question may come off as a little random, LOL.  In your respective programs, who does the CAA Annual Accreditation Report?  Does your chair/program director complete it soley?  Are you all asked to contribute? Are you given the report and asked to do it?
