[Seuce-cci] Parent requests for clinical changes

Hi all,
I'm curious if your clinics have written policies that dictate what types
of requests from parents you will honor in regards to clinical services.
Some parents have legitimate concerns while others may make requests for
reasons we cannot and will not honor in good conscience. If you do, are you
willing to share? Thanks.
