Hi All,

Our community clinic is small and we do not bill private insurance
companies at present. We store all records in a program called ImageNow,
which allows for modifiable file storage. It is a program our university
uses for Records and Registration/Financial Aid, etc. Our computer services
department allowed us access to the program to back up and update clinic
records. We upload new documents at the end of every semester.

I would suggest asking around the university to see what other departments
are using.
