Clinical Assistant Professor -Communication Sciences & Disorders (Log #20-004)


Georgia State University seeks an outstanding clinical faculty member to join a dynamic and innovative graduate program. The Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) Department is a unit of the College of Education and Human Development. Georgia State University, located in downtown Atlanta, has a diverse student body and a strong commitment to both teaching and research.


Responsibilities: This is a teaching position that requires a 4-4 teaching load along with service requirements.  Teaching responsibilities include: supervising graduate students in on-campus and/or off­ campus practicum experiences in Audiology; teaching undergraduate or graduate classes in Hearing Science, Audiology Assessment, and Aural Rehabilitation.  Service requirements include: participating in service to the program, department, college, university, and the profession.


Qualifications: Ph.D. or Au.D. in Audiology. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of Audiology clinical experience, CCC-A, and eligibility for Georgia state licensure.


Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
