Hello Kavi,
Thank you for reaching out to us. My name is Ben Pomidor, one of Dr. Dennis Slice's former students. I am sorry to inform you that Dr. Slice passed away last year.
Unfortunately, it is unlikely that the Geometric Morphometrics Lab will continue at Florida State University. It sounds like you have a genuine interest in morphometrics, so I encourage you to continue your pursuit with another lab that specializes in morphometrics. A good place to start looking would be the "People" tab of the SUNY Stony Brook morphometrics page (https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://life.bio.sunysb.edu/morph/__;!!PhOWcWs!lveQ2NLUXgKAmUhV-h3vsSPfRfkd26bsHd4RBWGj8YfVr2BQ8OopIl3MZiqkNv5CPA$ <https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://life.bio.sunysb.edu/morph/__;!!PhOWcWs!mBX4rriNtHgIYyBPfraR6hYrGPpvFx-afCKFEZr2Vfy03EPgqbK7a0AD_C7qZ6xyaA$>) which has a list of researchers and their interests, although it is a few years out of date.
Best of luck,
Ben Pomidor

Respected authorities of Morphometrics lab,
I am very delightful to know that there is a dedicated lab in the field of morphometrics.
Currently I am working as project fellow in Department of Botany, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara, India.
I want to know more about the work being done in your lab and also in future plan to come there and work there if possible.
I have worked in plant leaf morphometrics in my dissertation and currently pursuing my PhD.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks and regards
