Hey Cameron,

I do not know, but have you tried contacting Ann Ross (ahross at ncsu.edu)?
She and Dennis collaborated on 3D-ID, so, actually, she may have been the
original source for the data.

How is everyone, by the way? You folks have been on my mind lately, and I
have been meaning to check in.
