[SC-MorphLab] question about GPSA

Hello,

First of all, I would like to thank the great job you did on developing the Generalized Procrustes Surface Analysis software. I found it so useful for my research. I have a bunch of dental models as .ply format and would like to see their morphological differences. When I tried to run the software on a few samples, it seems work well. But when I increased the number of surface files to 200, it failed and said "an error occurred, please see console output". So I am wondering whether there is a quantative limitation of this software. If so, what is the number?
