[SC-MorphLab] Questions on GPCA

Hello, 

I'm a PhD student in Plant biology and I recently found your work on
GPSA. 

We're interesed in sepal (one of the flower organs) shape variability.
We've acquired 3D scans of the sepals and generated the attached ply
files. 

I'm trying to use your scripts but I reach an error

> "Generalized Procrustes Surface Analysis...
> Start time: Feb 14, 2020, 5:48:08 PM
> Loading prototype into GPSA routine... An error occurred, please see console output."

refering to "java.lang.NullPointerException". 
Do you have any ideas why this error would happen and how to solve it ?
