[SC-MorphLab] Morpheus help...

Hi!
I have wrestled with Morpheus et al for a while and now I have to write and
ask.

My intention is to compare shape differences with elliptic Fourier analysis
based on shapes captured in tpsDig. I want to use two landmarks for tip and
base combined with outline coordinates normalized by Bookstein Shape
Coordinates.

However, after several attempts and reading several papers I cannot
establish a protocol or a "chain" for the steps. Each picture I have
landmarked with two points and then used the 'Outline object' tool and
saved it in a tps file. This file I import to Morpheus et al and then I run
the BSC. But then I am stuck. I would like to export the result (matrix) so
I can read it in, for example PAST, and run the statistics.

May you please help me with how to go on?
