[https://controller.vpfa.fsu.edu/sites/g/files/upcbnu1236/files/pictures/FSU_CONTROLLER_HEADER.png] Asset Management Announcement * February 11, 2021 * Vehicles Acquired Through Surplus Property Representatives, The Asset Management Office would like to remind all departmental staff that when a vehicle is acquired from Florida State University's Surplus Office, the acquiring department must complete and submit an Attractive Item Addition form to the Asset Management Office prior to the vehicle leaving the Surplus facility. This form is required for all vehicles that are acquired by a department from FSU Surplus Operations and is essential to ensure that your "new" vehicle is properly insured, licensed, and registered. Please note that Surplus Operations will not release vehicle keys until they have confirmed that the form was received by the Asset Management Office. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the Asset Management Office and a member of our team will assist with your request.
