The FSU Center for Environmental, Energy, and Land Use Law is proud to welcome Professor Andrew Mergen, the Emmett Assistant Clinical Professor of Law and the Faculty Director of the Emmett Environmental Law and Policy Clinic at Harvard Law School. Professor Mergen will deliver our Fall 2026 Distinguished Lecture, Reflections on the Past and Future of Environmental Law and Litigation, on Wednesday, October 14th, at 3:30pm ET in the Law School Rotunda.
