Hello Environmental Law students,

FSU Law Alumni Noah Valenstein, former Secretary of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and managing partner of Brightwater Strategies based in Tallahassee, has immediate openings for law clerks.
Accepting applications for 2 and 3 L's, with the potential for positions after graduation. The firm represents a diversity of interests, from industry to not-for-profit environmental organizations.  Mr. Valenstein engages in civil litigation, serves of various boards and commission appointed by the Governor, and represents clients in the legislature and before local governments. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in all areas of the practice.  Strong interpersonal communication and advocacy skills are required.
