Michelle Rodriguez is an associate at Lewis, Longman & Walker, P.A. in Tallahassee, Florida. She received her bachelor’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and her law degree from the Florida State University College of Law. Her practice areas focus on Administrative, Civil & Appellate Litigation, Agriculture Law, Environmental & Natural Resources Law, and Land Use & Real Estate Law. She actively volunteers for the Second Judicial Circuit Court Legal Clinic and Legal Services of Northern Florida Legal Clinic.

She is also a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate.

Keirsey Carns is an Assistant General Counsel with the St. Johns River Water Management District. As a regulatory attorney for the District, Ms. Carns provides advice and counsel to staff in the District's environmental resource permitting program and represents District staff in civil and administrative litigation. Ms. Carns received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law.
