Because we are only offering six enrichment events during the 2024-2025 academic year, we encourage you to attend and take advantage of this opportunity to earn credit towards your certificate. The panel will discuss the implications of the Loper Bright decision with FSU Law's Mark Seidenfeld and Brian Slocum, who will be joined by William Eskridge (Yale Law School) and Kristin Hickman (University of Minnesota Law School).
