Law Students for Climate Accountability (LSCA) is recruiting for national student leaders, and anticipate offering a $5000 stipend to each member . My name is Haley, and I am the National Director of Law Students for Climate Accountability (LSCA). We are a law-student led organization that seeks to amplify the roles and responsibilities of the legal industry with respect to climate change. Since our formation in 2020, we have worked to build a movement, urging law students, lawyers, firms and other stakeholders to ask questions, self-educate, and empower one another to forge a future defined by a liveable and sustainable environment.


I am reaching out to inquire whether your office would be interested in sharing with your students a national law student survey we are conducting. This survey seeks to better understand how law students understand the legal industry’s role in climate change, and whether or not students at your school have an appetite for the legal industry to do more in addressing climate issues. If desired, we would be willing to share aggregated results from students at your university in July.
