[Law-envtlcert] Environmental Law Society presents A Discussion About Sackett II

Dear Environmental Law Students,

Please see the flyer below about the Environmental Law Society and the Federalist Society's exciting event tomorrow. Our own Professor Erin Ryan and Professor Jonathan Adler of Case Western Law will be discussing the Supreme Court's decision in Sackett II, a case with profound implications for protection of water quality under the Clean Water Act. This is not one of the Center's enrichment events, but I nevertheless encourage you to attend what will no doubt be a fascinating discussion between Professors Ryan and Adler.

The event will be held in Room 208 at 12:30, with lunch provided. Hope to see some of you there!
