We're hosting a well-rounded panel of notable FSU Law Alumni who will share insights from their professional journeys practicing environmental, land use, and natural resources law, drawing on careers in public service, private practice, NGOs, and the regulated community.

[Amelia A. Savage | Stearns Weaver Miller]
Amelia Savage  (Class of 2006) is a Shareholder at Stearns Weaver Miller. Her practice focuses on Environmental and Natural Resources law. Amelia helps clients obtain regulatory environmental permits from federal, state and local agencies, including consulting with supporting agencies on wildlife issues.  She also represents clients in obtaining proprietary authorizations to use lands owned by the state.

Preston McLane (Class of 2009) is the Program Administrator of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Division of Air Resource Management. In managing the Division, Preston manages the State Implementation Plan (SIP) development, coordination with the U.S. EPA, budget development and management, and grant program development.

Bonnie Malloy (Class of 2010) is a senior attorney at Earthjustice - Florida. Previously, she prosecuted enforcement actions at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and served as counsel for its Environmental Resource Permitting, Mitigation Banks, and Mining Programs. After co-founding FSU's Animal Law Society, she later became President of Pets Ad Litem, an environmental NGO that advocates for animal rights and humane treatment.
