Dear FSU Environmental Law Certificate Students,

The firm of Bercow, Randell, Fernandez, Larkin and Tapanez (https://brzoninglaw.com/) is accepting applications for 2022 summer clerkship. Deadline to apply for this Zoom remote OCI is this Sunday, July 17.

The firm is located in downtown Miami and handles a variety of development matters including: Environmental Law, Historic Preservation and Archeological Resources, Appellate Litigation, Zoning and Growth Management. The firm frequently appears before county and city local governments on behalf of business and developers.  This is an exciting opportunity, and although the firm has indicated that they require the top 10%, they will consider students who demonstrate an interest in this area and have some applicable experience. If you are not in the top 10%, you can still apply by sending the required materials to the career services office no later than the deadline. If you do meet this criterion, please apply through OCI in Symplicity.
