Please join us next Tomorrow, October 8th from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm for an exciting environmental program lecture. Professor Richard Murphy will be joining us from the Texas Tech University School of Law to present his lecture Standing for Climate Change: Lessons from Juliana v. United States.

[cid:1cc8a692-3367-48fc-a84e-0a706025ad62] Professor Murphy is the AT&T Professor of Law at Texas Tech University School of Law, where he usually teaches administrative law, civil procedure, and antitrust. He has authored law review articles on the usual administrative law suspects, e.g., standing, the Chevron doctrine, etc. He recently rewrote Volume 33 of Federal Practice & Procedure, Judicial Review of Administrative Action, and he therefore respectfully asks that no one overrule Chevron for a while. As will eventually prove true of everyone, he is a co-author of an administrative law casebook. He is a graduate of Carleton College and of University of Minnesota Law School.
