The FSU Environmental Law is a constituent member of the RMMLF, so these webinars are FREE!!


*         The first webinar presentation, The Supreme Court's Ruling in County of Maui: What Does it Mean for Water Practitioners features two outstanding presenters: Richard Lazarus, the Howard and Katherine Aibel Professor of Law at Harvard University, and Buzz Thompson, the Robert E. *         The second webinar in being held on Thursday, July 2, 2020 and the presentation is on The Wonderful World of WOTUS: The Ever-Changing Meaning of Waters of the United States.
