Candidates with prior knowledge of private property rights protections, Florida comprehensive planning, and policy options for flood management and sea-level rise adaptation by local governments preferred. The work will focus on three to four grant-funded projects. One is work with the Association of State Floodplain Managers to update the suite of legal materials available on their website. The others are projects in Florida, working with local governments on resilience, flooding, and sea-level rise adaptation projects.
