The lecture will take place on Wednesday, October 30, from 3:30 - 4:30 pm in Room 310. The lecture is free and open to the public, and it will be followed by a reception in the Law School Rotunda. We hope you can join us in person, but if not, the lecture will also be live-streamed<https://mediasite.capd.fsu.edu/Mediasite/Play/95c2cc0cb5e44024b63a31d84f553cc41d>.

His scholarship addresses the environmental and economic regulation of the oil and gas industry and the electric utility industry.
