Tropical Storm Elsa has formed in the Caribbean Sea/Southwest Atlantic Ocean. We have completed checks at the Sliger Data Center, and are prepared. We will be carefully monitoring the storms’ progress over the holiday weekend, and provide you with another update if the storm appears to be heading our way.
