[Its-colocation-customers] Sliger Data Center August Maintenance

Data Center Colleagues,

Please be advised that due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Sliger Data Center hardware maintenance that was previously scheduled for May 4 - 8 has been rescheduled to the week of August 3, 2020.

With a few exceptions, the great majority of this work is related to our research computing environment, but there will need to be downtime scheduled with COAPS, ODL and Psychology customers, which we would like to do before August, if possible, so there will be no deleterious effects during August maintenance.

If you in those groups have not already done so, please contact Brian Gentry<mailto:bgentry at fsu.edu> so he can work with you and schedule your maintenance individually. Although we expect only COAPS, ODL and Psychology customers in this notification to be affected, we are reaching out now to our entire Colocation Customer community, to keep you informed of our activities in the Data Center.
