Greetings,

Effective immediately, your FSUCard will now allow you to directly enter the Sliger Data Center from the Atrium during what would normally be business hours, 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Instructions for gaining access to the Sliger Data Center outside these hours, as before, are included below.

This notification is limited to only access to the Sliger Building Data Center, and no other facilities with FSUCard access.

FSU face coverings, capacity and social distancing policies are to be observed in the Data Center.

Please let me know if you have any questions, or issues with access.

Subject: New After-Hours Procedure for Access to Sliger Data Center



Please be advised that as of 5:00 pm Tuesday, June 30, 2015, if you need to gain access to colocation computer equipment in Sliger Data Center after business hours:



1.       Call Northwest Regional Data Center (NWRDC) at (850) 645-3500 , identify yourself and state that you will be coming by to gain access to Sliger Building Data Center.

2.       Go to Northwest Regional Data Center (NWRDC) at 2048 East Paul Dirac Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32310, across the street from Sliger Building.

3.       Push the doorbell inside the double doors and state who you are.

4.       Present your photo ID and sign out for an FSUCard that will allow you to gain entry to the Sliger Data Center from the Atrium entrance.

5.       When your visit is concluded, go back to NWRDC and sign back in and return the FSUCard to NWRDC.
