The Hevolution Foundation Scientific Conferences Fund, administered by the American Federation for Aging Research (AFAR), supports high-quality scientific meetings, conferences, and workshops aligned with Hevolution's mission to extend healthy human lifespan and advance the science of aging. The program is designed for organizers convening researchers around geroscience, biology of aging, healthspan extension, and related topics.

Applicants may request up to $10,000 per meeting, with larger awards considered case-by-case if discussed with Hevolution in advance.  Applications are reviewed quarterly, with deadlines of January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31.

After application submission, decisions are released within one month. Hevolution sponsorship must be acknowledged in all publicity, program materials, and resulting publications.
