I’d like to clarify that It’s fine to submit the abstract by March 6 and the PDF version of the poster later (no later than March 13). The judges will evaluate the abstract and the poster draft (if available) before the presentation on 3/23. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Dear ISL affiliates and students,

We are pleased to announce the 2026 ISL Student Poster Day, which will be held on March 23, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Innovation Hub in the Louis Shores Building.

ISL Poster Day provides a supportive, low-stakes environment for students to showcase their aging-related research, practice their poster presentations, and receive constructive feedback in preparation for larger conferences and the Undergraduate Research Symposium in April. We warmly invite both graduate and undergraduate students to participate.

Event Schedule:

  *   9:30 AM - 10 AM - Poster Setup

  *
10:00 – 11:00 AM - Keynote or Career Panel
  *   11:00 AM – 12:30 PM - Poster Session & Judging

  *   12:30 – 1:00 PM - Awards & Reception

Awards will be presented to outstanding student posters.

Logistics

  *   Students must upload a PDF of their poster and an abstract as part of the application.

  *   Space is limited, and we encourage early submissions.
