We’d like to also congratulate Dr. James Harding on being promoted to Senior Lecturer this August!  Dr. Harding would like to share his new article recently published in Tallahassee Democrat about the impact of the Americans with Disabilities Act on the 35th Anniversary.

As people age, living with a disability becomes a part of the journey. It could be a mobility issue, hearing, site, or cognitive. Thus, the Americans with Disabilities Act, which ensures equal opportunity and equal access is very relevant to the aging discipline.
