Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend your retirement party, Neil, as I’m already in Europe involved with my Fulbright and other projects.

Congrats Zhe & Neil. Back to Canada? ISL has been steady & appreciated. About aging for all I support and follow financial literacy in the schools (most recently required in Virginia) and write about retirement & estate planning in Personal Finance Essentials college textbook next up 6th edition (Routledge), had big grant on who is good at retirement savings with David Eccles. Next time on campus May 9 at 10 Alum Ballroom. Carry on. Liz

I hope this message finds you well! I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the warm welcome I have received following my appointment as the Interim Director of ISL. I am honored to take on this role and excited about the opportunity to contribute further to our vibrant community. We believe that ISL will take a critical role for aging research at FSU, leveraging our track records of supporting interdisciplinary research. ISL stands at the forefront of groundbreaking research into aging, serving as a vital hub for scholarly activities that aim to unlock the secrets of living well into advanced age. Thought I would let you know the good news that Zhe He has agreed to serve and has now been appointed by the Provost’s office as the Interim Director of ISL today. Congratulations Zhe!

For those not familiar with Zhe, he is an Associate Professor in the I-School within the College of Communication and Information (CCI). He has an outstanding publication and grant record and just received a new AHRQ grant to help produce support tools for users of web portals that provide test results to patients (LabGenie project).
