Good afternoon Coalition on Aging members!

We will meet this Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at the Tallahassee Senior Center from 8:30 am – 9:30 am. The focus of these meetings will be to share information about mental wellness and mindfulness.

The presenter for this month will be Eric Wesner Cognitive from FSU School of Psychology. His presentation will be on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Please see the attached flyer for the Capital Area Coalition on Aging for our current members to share far and wide. We hope to build back up our monthly attendance to 50-60 each month - a goal we can only accomplish together by sharing the invitation to aging professionals we know that are not current members and reminding our colleagues who are on our member list.

Don’t forget to bring your business cards and any information about your organization that you would like to hand out. We look forward to seeing all of you there!
