Hello and good morning,

Please take a moment to review the application for Qing-Xiang "Amy" SANG, Ph.D. She is a Professor in FSU's Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and is also the Pfeiffer Professor for Cancer Research in Chemistry and Biochemistry. She is also recognized as an Endowed Professorship in Cancer Research and is a Fellow for the American Association for the Advancement of Science. I have attached her CV and Research Statement. Please keep in mind the ISL goals when voting, as the criteria for being added is that their research statement directly aligns with ISL's Goals:



  *   To understand the mechanisms of age-associated disorders and functional and cognitive declines.
  *   To develop the best holistic interventions to counter those declines.
  *   To disseminate this knowledge to the community, to aging adults and to their care-givers.
  *   To cultivate the scientific, social, and political leadership on this issue that will engage the nation.
