Dear Colleagues,

CDC's Alzheimer's Disease Team is seeking to hire an ORISE Fellow to assist with public health efforts related to older adults, including but not limited to Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, the epidemiology of chronic conditions, relevant policies, health surveillance, and communication products.  Through this fellowship, applicants will have the opportunity to contribute to research, publications, and development of scientific, policy, and communication products related to older adult health.  Applicants should be recent graduates of Masters or Doctoral programs.  The fellowship is limited to 5 years and fellows are not considered federal employees.

The Alzheimer's Disease Team conducts activities authorized under Congressionally-mandated Healthy Brain Initiative and Building our Largest Dementia (BOLD) Infrastructure Act related to Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias.

Applications (CV and Letter of Intent) and questions should be sent to Lisa McGuire (aging at cdc.gov<mailto:aging at cdc.gov>) with the subject line as Fellowship by April 15 2022.
