Hi all.
I’m hoping that you and your fabulous grad students will participate in our zoom lecture/visit from Karen Fingerman next month. Karen’s talk titled: “Implications of Weaker Ties in Late Life” will occur on the 4th of February at 4 pm, and an informal discussion with graduate students is planned for the following day February 5th at 4 pm.
The idea is for students to attend the talk on the 4th, and then have some time with Karen to both ask questions about her research and also provide general questions/advice to students. Her talk suspect we have students in these areas who would benefit greatly from her guidance.
If you or your students would like to sign up for the talk (Feb 4th, 4 pm), please click here:

If your students might be willing to also sign up for the informal meeting (Feb 5th, 4 pm), please have them sign up here:

Thank you so much for your help with promoting this event to your students! Please forward this email to any others you think may have students potentially interested in this talk.
