Subject: The Provost's Office needs your help....travel

Hello all Center and Institute Directors and Designated Staff.

Please forward this to all researchers in your respective centers and institutes.

The Provost's Office is collecting information regarding upcoming travel.  We would like to know if you plan on traveling for business outside of the country (as well as the when and where) between now and the end of July.  While we are asking that you include all business related travel in the survey response, we would accept entries related to personal travel as well.  We are trying to prepare for the potential impact of Coronavirus activity and would like to have an understanding of that impact on you.  This information may be used to offer recommendations for that and other travel, but for now we only want a sense of the volume of travel and timing.  Please help us to gather this information as quickly and accurately as we can.  Thanks for your time and consideration.

The survey will only ask for your name, the list of destinations, and the dates associated with your travel.   You only need to answer this survey if you plan on traveling between now and the end of July.  The link is provided below.
