[HRMS] Postdoctoral Scholar Paid Parental Leave

An important message from FSU Office of Human Resources

This message has been approved by Christine Conley, Director of Benefits & Leave, for distribution to all Department Representatives.

The Office of Human Resources has implemented a new paid parental leave program for Postdoctoral Scholars effective January 1, 2026. This new benefit will provide Postdoctoral Scholars, who have been employed by FSU for at least six months, with up to six weeks of paid leave for the birth or adoption of a child.
