[HRMS] HR System Upgrade – December 12

An important message from FSU Office of Human Resources

This message has been approved by Shelley Lopez, Director, Communications/Training & Organizational Development, for distribution to all Department Representatives.

The myFSU HR system (OMNI) will upgrade to a new version later this month and will undergo scheduled maintenance and updates on Friday, December 12, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. All systems are expected to remain operable during this time.

What’s Changing?

  *   The Careers label within OMNI has been renamed Explore Jobs. This change appears in multiple areas of the system. Screenshots are included below to help identify the updated label.

How Do I Prepare?

  *   After the update, employees are encouraged to clear their browser cache to ensure optimal performance.
