An important message from FSU Office of Human Resources

This message has been approved by Shelley Lopez, Program Director, Communications/Special Projects, for distribution to all Department Representatives.

Please see the attached Public Employees Relations Commission (PERC) Form 5A on behalf of The Graduate School and Office of Human Resources. This form provides important recertification information for the UFF-FSU-GAU Collective Bargaining Unit.

The notice must be posted in conspicuous places where it can be readily seen by graduate assistants, including all places where notices concerning personnel rules or policies are customarily posted. This includes any locations, which all employers should maintain, where your department posts required notices pursuant to other employment laws and workplace policies.
