This message has been approved by Shelley Lopez, Program Director, Communications/Special Projects, for distribution to all Department Representatives.

Please review the memorandum thoroughly for information regarding the stipend increases and information on 2024-2025 health insurance subsidies and fee relief.
Additionally, please refer to the deadlines related to the implementation of the stipend increases:
For the Competitive Pay Adjustment (effective September 13, 2024), no action is needed by the department/program to implement the stipend increases. Departments with questions or concerns regarding the increase due to lack of funding should contact Rebecca Peterson at rpeterson at fsu.edu<mailto:rpeterson at fsu.edu> by September 9, 2024.
For the Minimum Stipend Increase (effective September 27, 2024), no action is needed by the department/program to implement the stipend increase. Departments with questions or concerns regarding the increase due to lack of funding should contact Rebecca Peterson at rpeterson at fsu.edu<mailto:rpeterson at fsu.edu> by September 23, 2024.
