This is a multi-topic meeting with presenters speaking on timely topics including: J-1 Scholars and international hires, 403(b) project updates, hiring process updates, EDM updates, and more. HR will also recognize an outstanding Department Representative with the Essential Piece Award.

We strongly encourage live attendance so you can meet your fellow Department Representatives and submit questions to presenters. If you are unable to attend in person but wish to watch via Zoom, the link will be sent prior to the meeting. Materials will be posted to the website<https://hr.fsu.edu/communications/department-representative-resources/department-rep-meetings> a few days after the meeting.
