The Spring 2019 Department Representative Meeting is Wednesday:
March 13, 2019
8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
College of Medicine Auditorium<http://campus.map.fsu.edu/index.aspx?MSA>, Room 1400
Parking: Spirit Way Garage 3, 1122 Spirit Way<http://campus.map.fsu.edu/index.aspx?PG3>

This is a multi-topic meeting with presenters speaking on timely subjects, including: new training classes, Federal Work Study appointments, New Employee Orientation, Attendance and Leave updates, OPS Express Hiring process changes, Faculty Relations reminders, background checks, and more. HR will also recognize an outstanding Department Representative with the Essential Piece Award. A meeting agenda is attached.

Light refreshments will be available at 8:00 a.m. Food and drink (including water) are not permitted in the auditorium, so plan to arrive early to allow time to enjoy the refreshments. If you have a department-issued nametag, please bring it with you. We are looking forward to putting names to faces!
