This issue affects Globus connections to both our parallel HPC (GPFS) storage and our Archival storage. Our Systems Team has identified the issue and are working to resolve it. Remediation will likely necessitate a reboot of our storage export node (export.rcc.fsu.edu), so other data transfers may be affected. After the maintenance is completed, we will send out another message stating that the service has been restored. We will advise all users who are transferring data via SFTP/SCP, RSYNC, or Globus to check on their transfers at that time. Thanks for your patience. It is back online and we have confirmed that all services are now up and running.
