Additionally, some users have reported slow transfer speeds to and from our systems. Our Systems Team has been investigating these issues, and reports that they are due to some changes that the Information Security and Privacy Office (ISPO) have implemented in the past few days. If you experience any issues with FTP or Globus, we encourage you to submit a support case to ISPO. On the Case Overview form, select "IT Support Services" as the area, and "Network Support - Access Control List (ACL), VPN" for the support team field.
