[Hpc-notice] Network issues in Sliger

Dear RCC users,

We are encountering network issues with our cluster in Sliger. We are aware of it and working hard to pinpoint the issue. It looks like running jobs may not be impacted, but we have not figured out the full scoop yet. We will follow up soon.
