Good afternoon,

Tropical Storm Eta is now expected to make landfall to the west of us later this weekend, with rain in our area. We completed checks at the Sliger Building Data Center last week and are prepared. We will be carefully monitoring the storm's progress in the coming days, and provide you with another update if its conditions present a particular threat to Tallahassee.

If you need to visit the Data Center to perform emergency or disaster-related equipment maintenance, please sign in on the sign-in sheet near the FSUCard reader, and sign out when you leave. No more than 10 people are permitted inside the Data Center at a time, so you are encouraged to limit the number of people arriving with you. Instructions for signing in and safety are posted with the sign-in sheet.
